James Murray & his success as an event director

James Murray

James Murray is the Founder and CEO of Everything High-Level LLC. James recently had an event, Talented Tenth in Tallahassee. This event took place this past Saturday 16 April 2022 at 7 pm in Tallahassee.

The idea for The Talented Tenth in Tallahassee event was sparked after James attended a Black on Black Rhyme event hosted by Mr. Keith Rodgers at the CWC Cafe on S. Monroe Street in Tallahassee. The event was for a women’s appreciation night on a Saturday, March 9, 2022. “There I was given the opportunity to pitch my business I had just started back in January for the very first time in front of an audience. After I was done talking about my business, before I could even sit down, DJ L-Smooth of VEZ Productions pointed at me, handed me his business card and told me we needed to work together.”

That same night, James got back to his apartment & began to think about what his own event could look like for his business. This was a community gathering event with the aim to entertain an audience, network, display talent and business in the Black community here in Tallahassee, and it was also to give myself the opportunity to explain to people exactly what James’ journey has been, what his business mission, vision, and services are. “Moreover to both provide messages to people about community ownership & problems we face in the Black community that transcends geography and history in the USA. Then to provide a reasonable solution that highlights pooling resources together as a collective and centralizing our God given gifts, hard work, and financial power… to pool all of those resources together and to stage the www.ehl.life launch date set for Juneteenth this year.” Says James Murray.

Currently, James has no other events fully planned out. Although James does have ambitions of one day having a live music, art, fashion festival on Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University’s campus to help fundraise and to also bring together Black-owned businesses, Black content creators, and Black non-profit organizations and consumers to promote the ehl.life web domain/mobile platform that is being developed by James and Geoffrey Evans, “my former roommate and friend of Ivory Coast Designs LLC.”

Keep your eyes out, The next big event is set for June 19, 2022!
